Request account and data deletion
In the app, open your profile, open Settings, and choose Delete account. You may need to sign in again to confirm ownership. Deleting your account removes sign-in access across PaperPal apps that use that account.
You can also email paperpal.co.in@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “PaperPal account deletion”. Include the app name. Do not send your password or card details. We verify account ownership before processing a request.
What is deleted or retained?
Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, synced study progress, saved items, notification inbox and device notification tokens. Associated app feedback, support submissions and identifiable app error reports are also removed from our app database.
Payment and order records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute obligations for the period required by applicable law. Deletion does not automatically refund a purchase. Google and other service providers handle data in their own systems under their policies; deleting the PaperPal account does not delete your Google account.
For a request to delete particular study data while keeping your account, email the same address and specify the data. Support can explain which records must be retained and the applicable retention period.
